IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS
To strengthen the operational structure and regional presence of WorldView News Agency, one Reporter is being appointed in each block. This initiative is designed to ensure better field level coordination, work expansion and effective execution of organizational activities.
Honorarium and Commission Structure
Each appointed Reporter will receive an honorarium ranging from Rs 7500 to Rs 50000 based on performance and work output. In addition, 10 to 15 percent commission will be provided on the business or assignments generated through their efforts. This structure aims to encourage dedication, accountability and professional excellence.
Mandatory Work Requirement (if possible)
1 Ensure a minimum of five advertisements through their reference
or
2 Submit at least two nominations for the Award Program
or
3 Facilitate a free award to any interested individual by ensuring a minimum of five ECC registrations through their efforts
Completion of any one of the above conditions is compulsory before the scheduled Award Event.
Application and Submission Process
All interested candidates must carefully read and understand the above terms and responsibilities before applying.
After understanding the complete details, the candidate must:
1 Properly fill the official Employment Application Form
2 Attach all required documents as mentioned in the form
3 Send the hard copy of the filled application form along with supporting documents through registered post to the official postal address
Only one candidate will be selected from each block. Selection will be based on eligibility, seriousness, completion of required tasks and document verification.
Submitting the application form signifies that the applicant agrees to follow the operational guidelines, performance expectations and organizational policies.
आवश्यक सूचना एवं आवेदन प्रक्रिया
वर्ल्ड व्यू न्यूज एजेंसी के कार्यों को अधिक संगठित, सक्रिय एवं परिणामोन्मुख बनाने के उद्देश्य से प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में एक रिपोर्टर की नियुक्ति की जा रही है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर सशक्त उपस्थिति, कार्य विस्तार तथा प्रभावी संचालन सुनिश्चित करना है।
मानदेय एवं कमीशन संरचना
प्रत्येक नियुक्त रिपोर्टर को उनके कार्य प्रदर्शन के आधार पर 7500 रुपये से 50000 रुपये तक मानदेय प्रदान किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त उनके द्वारा सुनिश्चित किए गए कार्यों पर 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक कमीशन दिया जाएगा। यह व्यवस्था निष्ठा, उत्तरदायित्व एवं उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए निर्धारित की गई है।
अनिवार्य कार्य दायित्व ( यदि संभव हो तो)
1 अपने माध्यम से न्यूनतम पांच विज्ञापन सुनिश्चित करना
या
2 अवार्ड कार्यक्रम हेतु न्यूनतम दो नामांकन प्रस्तुत करना
या
3 अपने माध्यम से किसी इच्छुक व्यक्ति को न्यूनतम पांच ईसीसी पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित कराकर निःशुल्क अवार्ड दिलाना
उपरोक्त में से किसी एक शर्त की पूर्ति अनिवार्य है।
आवेदन एवं प्रेषण प्रक्रिया
सभी इच्छुक अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन करने से पूर्व उपरोक्त सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर समझ लेना आवश्यक है।
पूर्ण जानकारी समझने के पश्चात अभ्यर्थी को निम्न प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा:
1 आधिकारिक रोजगार आवेदन पत्र को पूर्ण रूप से भरें
2 फॉर्म में उल्लिखित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज संलग्न करें
3 भरे हुए फॉर्म तथा दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कॉपी पंजीकृत डाक के माध्यम से निर्धारित आधिकारिक पते पर प्रेषित करें
प्रत्येक ब्लॉक से केवल एक ही अभ्यर्थी का चयन किया जाएगा। चयन पात्रता, गंभीरता, निर्धारित कार्य की पूर्ति एवं दस्तावेज सत्यापन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
