World View News Agency (WVN) – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy
World View News Agency (WVN) provides digital media, news publications, and information services. Since these are intangible and instantly accessible digital services, no returns or exchanges are accepted once payment has been made or access has been granted.
In case of any technical issue (such as non-receipt of access credentials or duplicate payment), customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. WVN will review such cases individually.
2. Refund Policy
All purchases made on WVN’s platform — including digital news packages, subscriptions, data access, or media reports — are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once payment is processed, no refund will be provided under any condition, including:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchase
- Service dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons
- Partial use of a subscription or service
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as a proven technical failure from WVN’s end, at the sole discretion of management.
Note: All payments made to WVN are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders or subscriptions for digital news and services cannot be canceled once payment has been completed. WVN reserves the right to cancel any service or access due to technical or administrative reasons. In such cases, a suitable resolution or credit may be offered at WVN’s discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All WVN products and services are delivered digitally via online access or email within minutes of payment. No physical shipping is involved unless specified otherwise.
